Navigating the Teams Console

Visit the Teams Console to manage Presentation permissions, view Analytics, and manage your Users and Teams

Teams is only accessible to Admins on your Ingage account.


Accessing the Teams Console

You can access teams by logging in at teams.ingage.io

OR by clicking Manage in the left side bar of the Ingage App while logged into your Admin account


General Navigation Tools

The three line menu in the top left will show or hide the left side bar

Click the Ingage Logo, Home, or your Company Name to get back to the Teams Dashboard

To the right of your Company Name you'll see the name of the page you're on in Teams, like Dashboard for when you're on the Dashboard or Users when you're managing users, etc.

If you are an Admin or Guest Admin on multiple companies, you will see all the companies you have Admin access to in the left side bar, click the right facing arrow to expand the menu under the company you'd like to manage

The submenus have right facing arrows to the left of their names, click these arrows to expand the menu


Presentations

(Visible only when you are logged in at teams.ingage.io)

Click the right facing arrow to the left of Presentations to expand the menu to see Team names, and to access Recently Deleted presentations

Click a Team name to see the Presentations in the Team

Change your view from Thumbnails to List using the button with the nine squares for Thumbnail view, and the button with bullets and lines for List view, and search content in the Search Bar

Click the three dot menu to the right of a presentation title to access Presentation Options

Presentation Options

Enable Web Sharing
Turn this on to generate a web link for the presentation that can be shared by your Viewers in the field, check out the following guide to learn more: Sharing Content Via Web Link

Copy Link
Share your presentation via deeplink to someone else at your company
If a web link is active, use this to share your presentation with customers, check out the following guide to learn more: Sharing Content Via Web Link

Manage Teams
Teams this Presentation is currently on will have a check to the left of the Team name, make changes and click Share with Selected Teams to make changes

Manage Permissions
As a Company Admin, you can add additional levels of control to your content. Check out the following guide to learn more: Setting Presentation Permissions

Delete Presentation
Remove the presentation from all Teams on your Company


Analytics

Understand how your team uses Ingage via your Dashboard overview, Session breakdowns, User metrics, team Comparisons, and Content evaluations. Use this data to improve your content and your team's performance in the field

Marketplace

The Ingage Marketplace is home to branded and customizable content created by design experts at Ingage. Most of the content is free to use, and full of licensed photos and videos to help you get your content off the ground fast.

Design

Templates

Here you can view what Templates you have active in your account. Learn more about templates in the following guide: Page Templates

To remove a Template from your account:

  1. Click the three dot menu to the right of the Template name
  2. Click Delete Template

Fonts

To add a custom font to Ingage:

  1. In the upper right corner click sidebar click Add Font
  2. Click Choose File, this will open your file picker so you can select the .otf.ttf, or .wof font files you'd like to upload
  3. Select the font(s) you'd like to add to Ingage and click Open to complete

Search your custom fonts by font Name, font Family, or font Sub-Family

Click the red garbage can icon to the left of the font name to remove the font from your Ingage account


Manage

Users

Check out the following guide for details on managing your Users and their Roles: Managing Users and Roles

Teams

Click Add Team to add a Team to your account

Click the red garbage can to the left of a Team name to remove the team from your account

Click the green pencil to the left of a Team name to edit the Team

Team Settings

Click Batch Actions in the upper right to import users via a CSV, or export a list of users currently on the Team

Click Rename to rename the Team

Click Delete to delete the Team

Current Users on the Team will be visible in the lefthand Members column

Click Manage Members to make changes to this list, Users currently on the team will have a check to the left of their name, make changes and click Update Members to make changes

Current Presentations on the Team will be visible in the righthand Presentations column

Click Manage Presentations to make changes to this list, Presentations currently on the team will have a check to the left of the presentation name, make changes and click Update Presentations to make changes

Account

View activity logs on your account under Account

Date
Date of activity, the chart is organized in reverse chronological order with the most recent activity first

Type
Change indicates an alteration to an existing Theme, Presentation, User, or Team
Team Share indicates that a Presentation has been shared to a new Team
Archive indicates a removal of a Theme or Presentation from all Teams on the account
Creation indicates a creation of a new Theme, Presentation, User, or Team
Deletion indicates a deletion of a Presentation, User, or Team

See here the user that completed the action
