Custom profile details only work when presenting content directly from Ingage. If a presentation with custom profile details is shared via public weblink, anyone viewing the presentation will see default variables.

How Profile Information is Used

Adding key photos, logos, URLs, and other pieces of text to your profiles allows one presentation with pages from our new Profile Pages template pack to have different details and pieces of media depending on who is presenting.

Company details like your logo will be present when a presentation is viewed by anyone at your company

Team details like a team photo or location specific insurance certification will apply based on which Team a specific presentation is accessed from

User details like a headshot or personal bio will apply based on which user launches the presentation

    1. Values begin with the Profile level: company, team, or user and are followed by descriptive text
