Confirming Current App Version on iPad
To confirm the current app version on iPad:
- From the Ingage Library, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen
- Find the app version in the bottom left panel of the screen

To confirm the current app version on Mac:
- With the Ingage app open, click on Ingage Desktop in the top left corner of your computer's menu bar
- Select About Ingage Desktop from the drop down
- A pop up will display the current app version

To confirm the current app version on Windows:
- With the Ingage app open, click on Ingage Desktop in the top left corner of your computer's menu bar
- Select About Ingage Desktop from the drop down
- A pop up will display the current app version
Manually Checking for Updates on iPad
To manually update the app on your iPad:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All
Manually Checking for Updates on Mac
To manually update the app on Mac:
- With the Ingage app open, click on Ingage Desktop in the top left corner of your computer's menu bar
- Select Check for Updates from the drop down
- If an update is available the pop up message will read Update ready to install!
- Click the Install and Relaunch button

The update will begin and Ingage will relaunch when the update is complete

To manually update the app on Windows:
- With Ingage Desktop open click on the menu in the top left corner (3 horizontal lines)
- Click File
- Click Check for Updates
- If an update is available the pop up message will read Update ready to install!
- Click the Install and Relaunch button
