Ingage includes a built-in icon library and a powerful integration with the Noun Project, giving you access to over 5 million icons — all licensed under Creative Commons and free to use in your presentations.
Adding an Icon to a Page
Click the + button in the top-right corner of the Ingage desktop window.
Select Shape from the menu.
Choose Icon from the flyout menu.
The Add Icon dialog opens, displaying approximately 30 curated icons that ship with Ingage by default.
Searching the Noun Project
If the built-in icons don't meet your needs, you can search the Noun Project's library of over 5 million icons directly from the Add Icon dialog.
In the Add Icon dialog, locate the search box in the top-right corner.
Type a keyword (e.g., "Hammer") and press Enter.
Browse the search results — you may see hundreds of matching icons for your search term.
Click the icon you want, then click the Add button to place it on your page.
Using Icons on Buttons (Points of Interest)
Icons are also commonly used on buttons within Ingage. When you create a Point of Interest button, an icon component is automatically added to your page with a button action attached to it.
To add or change the icon on a button:
Click the + button in the top-right corner of your window.
Select Point of Interest, then choose a type (e.g., Pop-up).
Select the button component on your page.
In the sidebar, click Choose Icon — the Add Icon dialog opens.
Search for and select the icon you want, just as you would when adding a standalone icon.
Recently Used Icons
As you search for and select icons, Ingage keeps track of your choices. A Recently Used section appears at the top of the Add Icon dialog, making it easy to reuse icons you've already selected without searching again.
Changing Icon Color
You can tint any icon to match your presentation's color palette:
Select the icon on your page.
In the sidebar (Inspector), find the Icon Color section.
Choose Solid Color.
Select a color from your color palette.
This allows you to give each icon a distinct look that aligns with your brand or design.
