How can I cancel my Ingage Pro subscription?

While we never like to see customers leave, this article will walk you through the process of cancelling an Ingage Pro subscription.

Please note: Only users assigned with the Billing Admin role are able to process a cancellation request.

In order to cancel your Ingage Pro subscription, you will need to log into your account via teams.ingage.io and follow the steps below:

  1. Once logged into your account via Teams, click on the Manage tab.

  2. In the dropdown options, select Company.

  3. Once in the Manage Company section, select the Billing tab.

  4. At the bottom-right of your Billing information, select the Cancel Subscription button under the Contract Renewal field.

5. In the pop-up window, select the reason for your cancellation in the options from the dropdown menu. The system will also inform you of the final charge amount and bill date for your account.

6. Then select the Cancel Subscription button to complete your request.
