Access to presentations in Ingage is not available on an individual or a la carte basis. Instead, users must follow specific procedures to gain access, which are managed either by their organization or through Ingage account settings. This ensures that content is securely distributed and accessed only by authorized users.
Accessing Individual Presentations
To access a specific presentation in Ingage, such as one provided by a manufacturer or organization, you have the following options:
Sign Up as an Ingage Customer: Create an account with Ingage to access content through your account.
Be Added to an Existing Account: Request to be added as a user to an existing Ingage account that already has access to the desired presentation. Only someone with an Admin role will be able to process this task.
Use a Redemption Code: If the presentation is provided by a manufacturer, you may receive a redemption code to unlock the content.
Please note that direct purchase or one-off email delivery of individual presentations is not supported by Ingage.
Accessing Team Presentations
If you need access to a specific Team’s presentations or slides, such as those managed by your organization, the process is as follows:
Request Access from Your Organization: Contact your company administrator or the person responsible for managing Ingage Teams within your organization.
Be Added to the Team: Once the administrator adds you to the appropriate Team, you will gain access to all presentations associated with that Team.
This process ensures that access to Team presentations is managed securely and efficiently.
Administrative Roles and Responsibilities
Access to presentations in Ingage is typically managed by administrators within your organization. These administrators are responsible for:
Adding users to Ingage accounts or Teams.
Providing redemption codes for specific presentations, if applicable.
