Notes on Syncing Issues

Presentations may be quite large. Depending on your network connection, you may need to give your Presentations time to sync. Some Presentations may be well over 1GB in size.

For cable-based in-home broadband connections, upload speed may be significantly slower than download speed. If you're working with large assets, you may need to give extra time for these uploads to the Ingage Cloud.

You can check your connection speed with services like Speedtest by Ookla or Fast.com by Netflix.


Restart App

On Mac, go to Ingage Desktop, then select Quit Ingage Desktop, relaunch app

On Windows, go to File, then select Quit Ingage Desktop, relaunch app

On iPad, open the App Switcher, then swipe up on the app, relaunch app


Remove Presentation Download

To remove presentation download, so you can redownload the presentation:

  1. From the Library in the Ingage App click or tap the three dots in the lower right corner of the presentation thumbnail
  2. Click Remove Download
  3. The presentation thumbnail will now have a cloud icon in the upper right corner, click this to redownload the presentation

Reset All Data

After a reset, you will need to log back in and re-download your content from the server.

Instructions for Mac

To reset app data:

  1. Open Ingage Presentations on your Desktop
  2. In the application menu select Ingage > Reset All Data
  3. A message with options to Reset or Cancel will be presented.
  4. Select ‘Reset’, and the application will close and relaunch a newly reset state.

Instructions for Windows

To reset app data:

  1. Open Ingage Presentations on your Desktop
  2. In the application menu select File > Reset All Data
  3. A message with options to Reset or Cancel will be presented.
  4. Select ‘Reset’, and the application will close and relaunch a newly reset state.

Instructions for iPad

To reset app data:

  1. Logout of the app
  2. Uninstall Ingage
  3. Re-install Ingage from the App Store
  4. Log back in
