Troubleshooting Steps

Issue syncing? Some things to note:

Presentations may be quite large. Depending on your network connection, you may need to give your Presentations time to sync. Some Presentations may be well over 1GB in size.

For cable-based in-home broadband connections, upload speed may be significantly slower than download speed. If you're working with large assets, you may need to give extra time for these uploads to the Ingage Cloud.

You can check your connection speed with apps or services like Speedtest by Ookla or Fast.com by Netflix.


Troubleshooting Steps

Restart the app

To quit the app, open the App Switcher, then swipe up on the app. To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen, then tap the app.

Remove the download of the Presentation

You may need to re-download the Presentation. Tap on the three-dot menu then tap on Remove Download. Then, re-download the Presentation.

Reset All Data

Logout of the app, uninstall Ingage, then re-install Ingage from the App Store and log back in.
