Troubleshooting Steps

Issue syncing? Some things to note:

Presentations may be quite large. Depending on your network connection, you may need to give your Presentations time to sync. Some Presentations may be well over 1GB in size.

For cable-based in-home broadband connections, upload speed may be significantly slower than download speed. If you're working with large assets, you may need to give extra time for these uploads to the Ingage Cloud.

You can check your connection speed with services like Speedtest by Ookla or by Netflix.

Troubleshooting Steps

Restart the application

On Mac, go to Ingage Desktop, then select Quit Ingage Desktop.

On Windows, go to File, then select Quit Ingage Desktop.

Remove the download of the Presentation

You may need to re-download the Presentation. Here's how to remove your currently downloaded version.

Reset All Data
