Admins, Editors, and Creators can start a draft and save their work, without committing the changes to the presentation the team is using in the field until the presentation is ready. Control launches with a click of the “Publish Draft” button.

This article opens with a comparison to a legacy version of the Ingage App that is applicable to users who have been creating with Ingage since before April 1, 2024. If you downloaded Ingage for the first time after April 1, 2024 skip to Publishing Presentation Edits.
How This Update Affects Your Process
With the launch of this new feature comes a required app update for all Admins, Creators, and Editors. Without the newest version of Ingage you will not be able to Edit presentations. Use the following article if you're having trouble updating your app: Updating the Ingage App
In the past, all changes made to the presentation were immediately active upon returning to your Library from the presentation. Moving forward, edits will only be shared with your team when you make that call.
Publish
When you make edits to your presentation a sharing option on your right side bar will prompt you to Publish Changes.
Click the Publish Changes button to share with your whole team.
Draft
Now, when you’re done with an editing session and head back to your Library, Ingage will ask you if you’d like to save your draft.
Selecting Save Draft will save your edits for Editors, Creators, and Admins on your team to assist in your creation. Viewers on your team will not be affected.
