Considerations and Limitations for Beta Testing

Presenting from a web browser broadens the compatibility for presenting Ingage content to any device that can open a web browser, including previously unsupported devices like Windows ARM devices, Android Tablets, Amazon Fire Tablets, and Chromebooks.

Currently, offline viewing is only supported when using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as your web browser. See below for download links if you are not already using one of these web browsers.

Google Chrome: Download
Safari: Download
Microsoft Edge: Download

Downloading Presentations for Offline Use

To download presentations for offline use:

  1. While connected to the internet, login to teams.ingage.io on the device that you'll be using from the field
  2. If you do not see your left side bar, expand the menu by clicking the three lines in the upper left corner
  3. Click Presentations
  4. Click the three dots to the right of the presentation title of the content you'd like to download
  5. From the expanded menu, click Download
  6. Any presentations linked via Open Presentation should automatically download together, but please be sure to review to ensure linked presentations are downloaded before heading out into the field

Please note that downloading presentations for offline use only downloads static content. Any web links or embedded websites in your presentations will still need an internet connection to function.
