How to extract files from Keynote presentation:
- Locate the Keynote Presentation in your computer files
- Duplicate a copy of the Keynote presentation
- Right click on the file and select duplicate
- Now you will have a duplicated copy of the Keynote presentation
- On the duplicated copy of the Keynote presentation, change the file extension to .zip
- The file now called xxx copy.zip
- Popup message will be displayed: Are you sure you want to change extension from ".key" to ".zip"?
- Select Use .zip option
- Double click .zip file to unzip
- All images, videos, documents can be found in the 'Data' folder
Files from 'Data' folder can be used to add to Ingage Presentations
