Asset Limits
Asset file size limits for Ingage Desktop
When adding content to your Presentation, there is a limit on the file size of the individual asset you may want to use.
Ingage Desktop File Size Limit
- 2GB maximum (starting in Ingage Desktop v2.6.3)
- Note: Prior versions of Ingage Desktop have a 1GB maximum limit per asset
Common Large Files
The most common "large" file we see in Presentations is video. When adding a video to your Presentation, you may notice a delay in the app as Ingage optimizes then uploads your video to cloud. Various factors determine this length of time, including file size, video type, and network upload speed.
