Transferring Personal Content
Ingage subscriptions started before March 2021 included a Personal Content section. Moving forward, this content will no longer be accessible for viewing and editing.
As Ingage grows and develops new features to further empower your teams to create content, share presentations, and measure results, we are moving away from supporting individual content creation.
The Ingage app update released on March 31, 2024 will disable viewing and editing Personal Content. If you are an Admin or Creator on your company, follow the below guide to transfer your Personal Content. If you are a Viewer or Editor please reach out to an Admin on your account, or contact support@ingage.io.
Transferring Personal Content
To transfer Personal Content to a Team in your Company:
- Select the Presentation you would like to move from Personal Content
- Click and drag the Presentation into the Team you'd like to move it to via the left side bar
