Signing Into Ingage with a Magic Link

Magic Code Sign-In is a password-less way to log into Ingage. Instead of a password, you verify your identity with a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email. It is now the default sign-in method across Web, Desktop and iOS.

Why Use It?

No password to remember. Sign in with a code sent to the email address you already control — nothing to memorize or reset.

One-click login from the email itself. The sign-in email includes a login button that automatically opens the correct app based on where you requested the code, so you don't have to copy or paste anything.

Password login is still available. If you prefer a password, you can switch to the standard sign-in flow at any time.

Step 1: Request a Sign-In Code

  1. On the Ingage login screen, enter your email address.

  2. Select Email me a sign-in code.

  3. Check your email for a message containing a 6-digit code.

Step 2: Sign In

  1. Copy the 6-digit code from the email.

  2. Paste the code into the Ingage login screen.

  3. Select Verify and Sign In.

    • Alternatively, select the login button directly in the email — it will automatically open the correct app (Web, Desktop or iOS) based on where you requested the code, without needing to copy or paste the code.

Using a Password Instead

  1. On the login screen, select Prefer to use password.

  2. Enter your username and password as usual.

  3. Select Sign In.

Single Sign-On Users

Magic Code Sign-In does not work with Single Sign-On. If your company uses SSO, continue to select Use Single Sign-On on the login screen and follow your organization's standard SSO process.

Key Details

  • Magic Code Sign-In is now the default sign-in method on Web, Desktop and iOS.

  • Codes are 6 digits and sent to the email address associated with your Ingage account.

  • The login button in the email automatically opens the correct app based on where the code was requested.

  • Requesting a new code replaces the previous one. Always use the code from the most recent email.

  • Password sign-in remains available via "Prefer to use password."

  • Magic Code Sign-In does not work with Single Sign-On.

  • Ingage Support cannot look up or generate a sign-in code for you. This is deliberate — it would be the same as handing out your password. Always request your own code from the sign-in page.
