Ingage Presentations for Desktop includes a menu item that allows you to reset app data.
- Open Ingage Presentations on your Desktop
- In the application menu select File > Reset All Data
- A message with options to Reset or Cancel will be presented.
- Select ‘Reset’, and the application will close and relaunch a newly reset state.
Note: After a reset, you will need to log back in and re-download your content from the server.
