Video Not Playing in Ingage Presentations for iPad version 5.3.1

Video playback issues

After upgrading to Ingage Presentations for iPad version 5.3.1, a small number of customers have reported an issue where a video in their presentation does not play. 

If you are experiencing this issue, please follow these steps to remedy the situation. Please note, an internet connection is required as you will be re-downloading the presentation.

  1. For each presentation, tap on the three-dot menu then select the "Remove Download" option. This will remove your stored copy of the presentation from your device. This does not delete the presentation.
  2. The presentation should now have a cloud icon in the top right corner of the thumbnail. Tap on the cloud icon to re-download the presentation.
  3. When the download is complete, tap or click on the presentation to view it. Videos within the presentation will play again.
