How to Share a Web Link to a Presentation from the Ingage Desktop app

Copy the Web Link for a Presentation

Prerequisites:

1. For the presentation, Publicly Shareable must be enabled. To check this, you must be a Company-level Admin.

2. If the presentation has Publicly Shareable enabled, you'll need to be a Company-Level Admin OR a Team-Level Admin on a Team in which this presentation resides, you'll need to activate the Web Link.

  • In the Ingage Desktop app:
    1. Open the presentation for Editing.
    2. In the Storyboard view, look for the "Share to Web" option on the right side.
    3. Check the box for "Public Web Link" to enable the Web Link for the presentation.
    4. Click on OK to confirm.
    5. The Web Link for the presentation is now active.

How to Share a Web Link to a Presentation from the Ingage Desktop app

  • In Storyboard view:
    1. Copy the link in the "Share to Web" section on the right side. Note, the URL is formatted to open the presentation in "Scrolling Mode" (similar to a normal website experience).
    2. Additionally, you can click on "Link Options" for other options for the Web Link. Here you can access the "Presentation Mode" (similar to viewing a presentation in Ingage Desktop) version of the link and add an "Analytics Tag" for better tracking in Ingage Analytics.
    3. Click on Copy Link and paste the link as needed.
  • In Story Library view:
    1. In the Meatball (three-dot Menu), click on Copy Link.
    2. The Link Options will pop-up. 
    3. Click on Copy Link and paste the link as needed.
