Note: If you signed up for Ingage Presentations using your Facebook or Google account, you will need to change your password within those apps. The instructions below only apply to those users that signed up for an Ingage Presentations account using their email address.
1. Select Log in from the main screen
2. From the Log in screen, tap Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your account Email and tap Send.
4. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Enter Temporary Password and New Password. Then select Continue button.
5. A 'Success!' message will appear. Tap Continue.
6. Upon selecting 'Continue', you will be directed to your Presentations Library.
Note: You will receive a confirmation email that your password has been reset.
