Analytics End User Reports Beta Release Notes
Next Generation Analytics
Access to the Beta
The analytics beta is closed. You can request access for yourself and others in your organization by contacting your Ingage Customer Success Manager. After your request has been approved, the beta feature is enabled in 24 hours. Once you receive the email confirmation, when you click on Analytics in Teams. you will see the new analytics dashboard and the option to expand Analytics. When expanded, you have direct access to the 4 new analytics home reports. The All Data selection loads the legacy analytics.
The flag is enabled at the user level, allowing you to view our next generation analytics for any company you have access to.
